- 可惜了，目前看来初恋爱上弟弟这个设定绝对是个败笔，剧情在朝着狗血的方向前进
- 娱乐性是不及前三部了，可能是因为人物的深入人心所以在他们的私人情感方面多下了功夫。可是导演和编剧你们敢不敢不要再拿曾小贤的选择来做最后一集的梗？左右胡一菲右手整容兰曾老师真的是月亮上的好男人？虽然喜欢丽萨榕，但最后两话创意有余诚意不足。
