- 现代军旅题材的电视剧，五星，因为这部电视剧把当时的银屏换了个视角、也把人们的热情带入了新高度！不谈人，只说剧，遇到困难、情绪低落时看，能够激励自己不放弃；不抛弃，困惑、失去生活目标时看能够找到生活的动力！
- 康洪雷导演认为创作最重要的是“愤怒感”，比起故事性，人物更重要。随口能背一段鲁迅，口语描述也很动人，为电视剧做田野调查路过远征军的坟，形容松涛在哀鸣。虽然很擅长男性题材却希望有一天拍女性视角的戏。感觉他片场一定骂人超凶，我小时候还挺爱看《激情燃烧的岁月》的。作为不为大众感兴趣的、专注军旅题材的导演，康洪雷演讲给人的惊喜特别多。
