- 打着悬疑旗号的反黑片，导演还深怕观众不知道谁是反派，开头就来个揭秘和邪魅一笑，水准还停留在二十年前，再点开他的历史作品一看，呵呵，可以拉黑节省时间了
- 整个布局还是挺不错的，从一个案件切入到了官商勾结的现象以及官场运作的生态。真实感是有的。缺憾在于，以刑侦角度看，情节过于拖沓。
