这是部描写养老院里老人们生活的电影。当年华老去的时候，老人们被子女送进了养老院，偶尔来看几次，有的干脆完全忘记来看望。养老院的女管理员只是例行公事的上班，给老人们吃喝，不付出丝毫的感情，整天把规矩挂在嘴边。老人们需要的是亲情友情爱情，以及做自己想做的事情，也像和年轻人一样疯狂的玩桌球和店员讨价还价等等。因为没有太清楚的主线，所以少许有点沉闷，描述了老人们在养老院的一天生活。感人的地方还是有滴，比如女管理员的儿子逗老人们笑，威尔听女伴读已逝多年的儿子的信，以及最后玩草地保龄球的场景等等。比较有意思的
