- 讲述基层法院工作，但是和我在基层看到的完全不同，靳东出场，还以为最少处厅干部，结果只是副科。将法官的责任，工作夸大。不过优点也很明显，新旧观点的交战，以调节为主，虽然很多理想化的东西，但是很不错。
- 剧本安排的挺好的，每一段都是类似的案子。靳东总算突破霸道总裁了，成毅好多配音，叶芯表演小表情太多了，有点做作，以前好像不这样啊
