Ford was acknowledged master of the spectacle, and it shows here. Some of the scenes are impressive. - 是一部各种意义上都非常【重】的片子。全部的事实只有一个人杀了三个人，然而在当事人、律师、法官、雇主、民众、政治家那里却可以操控和解读出每一个人需要或相信的故事。我们难道不是人吗？他们这样问。而谁是他们？谁是我们？我倒是有个比较自我的关注点，我觉得这部剧很有意思地描写了一些个人和群体的关系，包括身份认同、归属感、群体意识、语言障碍以及献祭与牺牲。
