- 当你的主观意识直接否定一个人或轻易下定义的时候，事情已经错了一半了，如果一个人或一件事能给你带来思考，那就是有意义的，世界很多事不是非黑即白的（除了原则上的），多个角度看待问题是不狭隘的第一步。
- 感觉问题出在老刘的态度上。整个节目现场他几乎都不怎么讲话。不参与，不反驳的状态，中间傅首尔谈到自己和老刘的婚姻。按理说老刘作为当事人，要么反驳纠正，要么补充自己的观点和视角，总之应该积极参与，不能把话语权都交给另一半，感觉是种一方完全回避沟通的婚姻。
