- 超出预期，终于没有披着职业外衣谈恋爱的法律剧了。真是难得有置于中国大陆法系框架内，科普讨论中国法律体系的剧了，不过还是有上升空间。
- 导演水平不足全靠演员用演技托底，又把剧本看得如数家珍舍不得删，如果用几部电影的体量去拍这部作品，会是合格的黑色幽默电影。目前看来有黑色有幽默但不多。
