- 作为一部打明牌的剧，悬疑元素几乎已经没了，那么刻画人物和剧情上的考究必将成为重中之重，然而全剧都呈现出东一榔头西一棒子，几乎没有一个人是刻画到位的。
- 整个布局还是挺不错的，从一个案件切入到了官商勾结的现象以及官场运作的生态。真实感是有的。缺憾在于，以刑侦角度看，情节过于拖沓。
