- 「所有的殺戮都一樣」，但殺之付出的代價卻大不一樣，死刑是運氣問題，是時機問題。漁民殺鯊魚，原住民欺凌外勞，漁商封口原住民，賄賂律師，檢察官欲繩之以法漁商，法務部長政治博弈操控民意。電車難題，政治立法血淋淋的代價，個體正義還是司法正義，而這只是基隆。「判決是為了被告存在的」，個人認為前提是被告往往是相對弱勢的一方。「法官不語」，可只要不是神是人就會語就會有傾向（吳燦基準和司訓蓮霧）。holy媽祖，佛珠，古蘭經亂燉，超越信仰種族，法律終究是人制。
