- 故事是有结构滴——开头矛盾问题大开，主角迎难而上，问题解决一部分后原来的领导退下。主角任职的光明县和老同学任职的先原县发展做对比，烘托主角做实事有作为最后还能教育老同学，同步回忆一些些主角的成长史和婚恋，以及新一代下乡书记走主角走过的路接触百姓解决问题，同时拿一到两个与主角相关的重点村作为典型，各路人马轮番上阵，最后重点问题被主角解决，主角功成身退。头三集看得有点吃力，后面就陷进去了，有些情节真实到发笑，有些情节只是愿景，感谢拍摄出这样的故事，祷愿我们的国家都能像剧里一样正向发展吧。很多配角的戏太好了，演活了，又知道了好多个好演员，谢谢你们啊。
